NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY: You may return unused items sold by FrenchFootwear.com within 14 days of delivery for a cost-free exchange or full product refund.
- You bought a pair, received them but would prefer another color, another size or another model and you would like to exchange the product, what happens and what are the costs to you?
Contact customerservice@FrenchFootwear.com to request a UPS return label. Cost to you: 0$. We will pay for shipping both ways (from you to us and back to you): we want you to fully enjoy your pair of Aigle boots! This offer is valid one time per pair of boots sold (if you want to change a second time, we charge a $25.00 flat fee).
